Packing

Depending on the clients’ requirements and means of transport, plywood is packed in packets secured with foil, cardboard and banded with a band. The edges are secured by clips. Standard packet height is 70 cm (without a pallet). The number of sheets of given thickness in a packet is presented in the table below. Forklift trucks are used for loading in the plant - vehicles collecting plywood should be adjusted to side loading (minimum loading width - 2,48 m “curtain”)

Transport

Plywood should be transported in covered means of transport or uncovered if it is previously secured against adverse atmospheric influence. Plywood must be placed horizontally and protected against dirt, damage and moving during transport. Loading and unloading must be carried in such a way as to avoid damage of the sheets.
